09. Everyone can draw!
Visual thinking is an excellent tool for quickly capturing innovations and ideas, creating a base for discussions and making changes quickly happen. All needed for visual thinking is a whiteboard / paper and pens. Simple drawings solve complex problems. The viewer can see everything in pictures at a glance. All exercises are practice-oriented and are implemented together on your specific topic with extracts from the design thinking process. Presenting in front of an audience is practiced at the same time so that you can later pitch your idea in front of your customers or investors.

Structuring the digital change sustainably, or to paraphrase Napoleon Bonaparte: "You can't bake a pancake without breaking a few eggs", but in our opinion then you have a few better eggs! :) And that with extreme speed, sometimes the "change within the change". The head is round so that the thoughts can change their direction - and that will decide the future viability of your company and the management will become aware of what leading actually means. Generation, hierarchy & power - was yesterday. Today we change courageously, and it happens in the head!
13. StartUp Incubator
As serial entrepreneurs with international start-up experience, we understand all the problems of a start-up, the preparation and creation of professional pitch decks, business plans or canvases. We see ourselves as a true accelerator and not as a "brake" like so many other "startup consultants". Hands-on, with a lot of passion, we first check the idea for feasibility, jointly create all the necessary documents for the search for investors and open our international network from over 25 years of experience, across all industries. Since start-ups usually have everything except money, we also work free of charge on very innovative concepts. We advise the founders in workshops with our complete know-how and together create perhaps the most important documents of their lives. Insofar as the start-up then "shoots" we agree on a very small participation, according to the motto: 100% of nothing = nothing. A little% of a lot = a lot. :O). Since, of course, we cannot do this with all startups, we give all other startups very discounted prices for our workshops and a very humane consulting fee.
14. Digital Wine & Dine
Cool and relaxing in summer, warm and cozy in winter. The Digitalization package for gourmets. Either an afternoon followed by a wine tasting, or an evening or weekend with wine and delicious food. Our star restaurant chef cooks a special menu, our different sommeliers present you wines from the region, Germany or international. The topics for this are individually coordinated. The small wine cellar from 1671 is suitable for up to 8 people, for larger teams we offer a wine cellar in the restaurant zum Bären, which can accommodate up to 60 people. And afterwards awaits you a delicious “Schäufele” = local Franconian dish, or whatever your palate craves.
15. Digital Wine & Workout & Teambuilding
Work hard, play hard. First we digitize your team, then we get on our bikes or hike through the vineyards. With a chilled bottle of wine or a cold beer or water, we then enjoy the local snack box, which is delivered to all the "Bänkli" in the "Weinbergergen" around Thüngersheim near Würzburg (Lower Franconia). For larger teams we hold our workshops in the newly renovated Wein-Kulturgaden or in the local Divino winery. Those who work a lot have to eat and drink well. Thüngersheim is an idyllic wine village right at the Main river and predestined for team building excursions. Afterwards we might go to Würzburg to the old "Main Bridge" and let the evening fade away nicely. A must for all digital wine lovers!

In addition to our 25 years of Digitalization experience, we also offer 30 years of diving experience in combination. Mel is a CMAS *** Divemaster and was at home in the (diving) world. She knows best how to combine hard work with a lot of fun and experiences and goes diving with you in the mornings - and in the afternoons we talk casually about all the topics of our workshops and, if requested, bring the respective specialist experts with us. It's fun, you learn and experience a lot and that also welds a management team closer together. Beginners can also get their diving license with our instructor.

Mel is also happy to step in as an interim manager for you for a limited time, if you have to bridge personnel bottlenecks in the higher management area or as Head of Digital if you have to cope with an extensive project but the personnel capacities are insufficient.
